Brentford finished off the season on a high – beating Preston 3-0 and pipping them to 11th place in the Championship.
A topsy turvy season for The Bees who showed some signs of potential for the future with B-team graduate marcus Forss scoring a 25 yd goal. Josh DaSilva causing more problems and reinforcing his position as a valuable new addition to the squad. Canos finishing the season on a high. And Neal Maupay showing how he is the best striker in the division scoring 28 goals despite being banned for three matches and not having a match against Bolton to get the chance to up his tally.
