Mark Warburton and David Weir are all but confirmed as moving to Rangers.

Brentford fans loved Warburton – who took the Bees to The Premier League Playoffs after finishing 5th place in The Championship this season – but a difference in philosophy with owner Matt Benham has seen Warburton and Weir move on to explore pastures new.
