excellent and measured response chaps, not over dramatic, considered and insightful as ever, be nice if the club could emulate this once and a while as communication and PR not a strength at GP! Clearly there’s deeper issues re MD et al which is wider than what went on n the pitch and this I suspect was inevitable, rather sad really as hands of card go he’s been dealt some dogs over the past few months so more time would have been reasonable as the back half of the season with returning players etc looked very optimistic, so other factors clearly are at play! Who know, departing players might have planted ‘seeds’ of dissent perhaps! Oh, bookies had us at 8/1 for promotion last week so there was some belief from their end!
