It doesn’t take a genius to work out that things have not started well for Thomas Frank as Head Coach at Brentford… five defeats in six matches, and two very difficult fixtures ahead in the next week, mean that the pressure is on the Dane to stop the rot, and stop it fast. And confidence among the fans is waning, as the latest fans poll ahead of tonights match demonstrates.
Will #BrentfordFC stop the rot tomorrow night against Sheffield United?
— Beesotted Brentford (@Beesotted) November 26, 2018
On this week’s Beesotted Pride Of West London Radio show, Dave Lane gives his honest views on the current state of affairs and suggests that time may be running out for Thomas. Whether that prediction proves premature, the next few games will decide, but the season has fast turned from one of excitement, to one of struggle in the past two months. To listen to the show, just click on the play button below.
We are also joined by Brentford legend, Bob Booker, who shares his insight on the Bees’ form, and talks about his other club, Sheffield United, who come to town on Tuesday night. Bob will also be signing copies of his book in the club shop before the match.
Ben Humphries from the Travelling Blade also looks forward to the Championship clash under the lights at Griffin Park.
