It’s transfer deadline day and with the Derby match on the horizon, Brentford fans were praying that their team would remain pretty much intact at 11pm on Thursday 31st January.
The Beesotted crew met up the the old favourite – The Cross Keys pub in Stamford Brook – to discuss all sorts. There was the loss against Norwich. They looked at the dealings on Transfer Deadline Day and asked what impact will Vibe leaving have on Brentford? It was noted that Chris Mepham has been subject to a substantial bid from Bournemouth. How much and why did Brentford reject it? Plus we chat to Kev from Limerick’s Blue Army about new signing Chirdoze Ogbene. We also talk to Chris from Derby Podcast ‘Steve Bloomers Washing’ about our match with Derby at the weekend and give Beesotted’s alternative guide to Derby Tourist spots.
In the Pub:
Billy Grant
Dave Lane
Gary Paul
Meanwhile, Liberal Nick was being sold on at the last minute on transfer deadline day (on a free) to Davo’s Diaries from Birmingham.
