Bees Lack Sting, Wolves Lack Bite – Brentford 0 Wolves 0 (VIDEO)

Brentford and Wolves played out an entertaining but ultimately goalless draw at sunny Griffin Park on Saturday, a result that was pretty fair based on the chances created. The point also sees the Bees climb off the bottom of the division, which seems an extremely false position based on how the team has been playing.

A clean sheet against one of the early season form teams probably won’t seem such a frustrating result later in the campaign, but it was hoped that Brentford would build on the midweek demolition of Queens Park Rangers, however, a long ranger from Romaine Sawyers, then Jota hitting the post, were the closest the Bees came to a goal, whilst the visitors were frustrated by Dan Bentley who pulled off a couple of fine saves.
