Brentford’s hero of the Bridge Vitaly Janelt has sparked fresh controversy with the latest in a line of disrespectful digs at the club.

The German clearly aimed a two-finger gesture at the Bees fans as he walked off following the 4-1 win over Chelsea.

The snub was caught on camera by soccershite.com, whose reporter Micah Sherwood was sat at home watching Sky Sports Soccer desperately looking for clickbait to keep his job.

It’s the latest in a string of disciplinary issues at the club and comes hot on the heels of Ivan Toney’s desperate attempt to politely brush off a random moron with a camera asking him about cryptocurrency.

A fictional Brentford fan who wasn’t at the game said: “I watched him as he walked off and as we sang his name he turned and did this. It’s so disrespectful.”

The incident adds fuel to the fire that Brentford are a mediocre outfit off the field as well as on it, says Micah Richards who amassed a “bang average” 13 caps for England over six years.

“I’ve made no secret of the fact I’d love to see Brentford get relegated based on my very limited knowledge of them, their model and football in general,” said the jocular pundit.

“They’ve only been good since Eriksen joined and a club like Brentford surely shouldn’t be allowed to sign a player like that, especially when there’s so little discipline.”

The laughing clown, tolerated by Roy Keane and no stranger to blocking anyone who questions him on twitter, is said to be delighted by the latest controversy to rock the club.

The V-sign drama will not do Janelt any favours with the Bees faithful (this will get them responding – Ed) after Toney’s earlier outbursts.

The club have so far refused to comment on the Chelsea snub, but an insider (again made-up) said: “We’re looking into it because clearly that will give credibility to what is effectively a non-story.”

It’s understood (by the soccershite.com team) that two-goal star Janelt has been warned about his future conduct following the incident which soured the West London rout.

Another Brentford supporter created by soccershite.com to fan the social media flames, said: “This keeps happening and I’ve had enough of it. We travel all over the country and this is how they repay us.”

Friends of Janelt later revealed the former Bochum man was simply holding two fingers up to celebrate his goal tally. (Do we have to run this line? – Ed)
