After having being forced to give our options of where we intend to play our 2015/16 games if Brentford got promoted this season, the club has been put into the rather unlikely (we say unlikely if you remember the bucket collections outside the turnstiles not too long ago) situation of having to choose a potential ground-share venue while we wait for the Lionel Road stadium to be finished.
Many Bees fans have stated that they would prefer to remain at Griffin Park come what may. However, if (and this is a huge if … most of us are still getting over getting promoted last season) Brentford were to get promoted this season, and we were unable to hold games at Griffin Park (converting terraces to seating proved cost-prohibitive), what would be your preferred ground-share option?
If you none of the answers take your fancy (and we left Wembley off the poll as it was completely ridiculous in an Orient-esque/Olympic Stadium kind of way), feel free to comment below this article or on the survey itself with your views ….

Go back and tell 15 years ago me, during the no to Woking days that we’d be ever even contemplating this conversation and I’d have you sectioned.
Part of me would love Craven Cottage just for the ‘oh look we’re in the premier and you’re not.’ bragging right. Stoop is preferred (been many times for Rugby League) as the least emotive, although you are quite far away from the pitch and with plenty of space and open ends noise tends to dissipate quite quickly. Also I believe although no official minimum, the premier league prefer at least 20k, so may say if we have to move then it can’t be somewhere below that.
We’d also have to look at where would make us the most money- both from regular common bums (like my ample posterior) on seats and from the dreaded H word- Hospitality.
Either way, Isn’t this all jolly marvellous.
Rule out Twickenham as there is a limit to the amount of events that are allowed per season as Chelsea have been told.
What about palace they’ve a track record of ground sharing would live the cottage if we’re in the premiership and they’re not
How about the Mad Stad (Reading)not too big, not too small – only a short hop down the M4 … and nothing to do with where I live .. honest!
