Brentford’s out of favour striker, Paul Hayes, has certainly put some distance between himself and manager Uwe Rosler following his month-long loan move down to Plymouth Argyle ahead of the Pilgrims’ Devon Derby with Exeter City this weekend.

The former Charlton striker has failed to hold down a regular place in the team since his arrival at the start of last season – but with Hayes allegedly one of the highest earners at the club and completely out of his manager’s plans – having him huffing round the training ground was never an acceptable situation.

Hopefully Paul can continue his early season scoring form with Argyle and his career can get back on track down in the West Country.
