Brentford musicians Richard Archer (Hard Fi), Adam Devlin (The Bluetones) & Billy Reeves (Radio London) have come together to form man-band Grown Man Tears and have recorded a single in honour of terrace favourite José Ignacio Peleteiro Ramallo, commonly known as Jota.
The single costs 79p and will be available to download from Friday April 21 for one week only via this link (click here)
All proceed from the record will go to Prostate Cancer UK.
Recorded at Cherry Lips studios in Staines, Reeves said of the track “The tune is a classic pop song and represents the erotic charge all football fans get when their favourite player takes defenders out with a run, a shimmy and a drop of the shoulder.”
