So, Griffin Park is officially a ‘sell-out’, two words that most Bees fans usually read regarding departing players or dubiously-motivated chairmen rather than in a sentence about there being no tickets left for a match!
I personally can’t wait for Sunday, whatever the result – there will hopefully be a superb atmosphere in the town and Brentford Football club will do themselves justice both on and off the pitch.
But get to the ground early, soak up the vibe and queue up patiently. It’s a fact that Griffin Park struggles with big games in the tight side streets around the stadium, whatever you do, don’t turn up at 11:45 and expect to just bowl in.
Here’s to a memorable day for all Bees!
