Manners!

The midfielder has had spells at Swansea, Middlesbrough, Watford and Wigan at home before finding his feet at Vitesse in the Eredivisie in Holland where he starred in a holding midfield role – eventually displacing Marko Vejinović (who recently signed for Feyenoord).

Speaking to Worbo from Vital Wigan, he raved about McEachran. “Excellent footballer. Very good on the ball”.

Our contacts in Holland described his spell at Vitesse as “stunning”.

On speaking to Marinus Dijkhuizen in the recent exclusive Beesotted interview (see below for an amusing clip), he spoke about his admiration for the player – having known him at him time at Vitesse  who finished in 5th place in the Dutch Premier Division – just below PSV, Ajax and Feyenoord.

“A solid midfield player who understand the British game but has played football in Europe, ahas an eye for a pass and totally owns that holding midfield role. He will be very good for Brentford.”

McEachran will be joining the Brentford squad in Portugal immediately for pre season training and after-dinner singing.

Lovely down to earth chap apparently .. but whatever you do if you do ask for his autograph next season .. don’t mention The Daily Mail.

Keep posted to and for up-front news. European striker we have been talking about for 3 weeks now is close to signing. Schobesberger is still in the mixing pot. And possibly another very exciting signing from a very respected European team.
