Tarkowski dropped a big one before kick off – saying he was going on strike. CHEERS!!!!! Whether it affected the team or not is up for question as the Bees went 3-0 down at half time.
Second half – Bees played much better but it was far too much to pull back from as they went out 3-1 losers.

Last season we had the best team in our post war history, a team that came within three games of the premiership. Since then we have lost for various reasons Gray ,Pritchard, Odoubajo, Douglas and Jota. Also Dallas, who though a bit part player last season would surely walk into the current team, not to mention the coach Warbourton. None of the new players bought in, with the possible exception of Colin, have shown themselves to be equal to those they replaced, whilst the new coach was a disaster.
Many of those changes were outside the clubs control, but others were self inflicted.More players seem set to leave in the transfer window, and looking further looking ahead,we don’t seem to want to keep Dean, whilst Swift and Canos will surely return to their parent clubs at the end of the season. Fortunately Lee Carswell won us enough points to ensure safety this season, but talk of promotion is pure fantasy, this team looks more likely to return to league one. I find the whole situation totally depressing.
