Friday Night Is Brentford B Team Night – Bees Take On Anderlecht In Special Exhibition

On Friday April 13, the Brentford B Team are to host Anderlecht in a Special Exhibition match at Griffin Park. The match is being funded by The Brentford Lifeline Society who, after 32 years in existence, continue to support and promote the future of Brentford Football Club. The match kicks off at 7.30pm and is free admission to all.

The match is yet another in a line of high profile opponents for the successful B Squad who thus far have gleaned an impressive array of scalps including Benfica, Chelsea, Southampton, Everton, AFC Bournemouth, Manchester City, AC Milan, Inter Milan, Shamrock Rovers, Glasgow Rangers and most recently Manchester United.

Whilst showcasing this outstanding young Bees squad which is being moulded together under the leadership of Club legend Kevin O’Connor, the evening also offers the opportunity to highlight the important part the Brentford Lifeline Society`s support plays on behalf of the Club, behind the scenes.  

There will be a number of initiatives on the evening to raise awareness of the Society whilst all funds raised on the night by way of a Lucky Draw or sponsorship, will go to the Lifeline Society`s charity of choice “Prostate Cancer UK”.
