   I think Vicario handled the ball 3 times during that passage of play. The 1st two were inside the box; the 2nd touch clears the ball from Damgaards head, after which the ball ends up behind him. The 3rd touch was outside of the box, but I doubt, in itself, it prevented a clear goalscoring opportunity, therefore, if the ref had seen the offence, it would have been a free kick & yellow card.

   Even your own picture shows the handball behind Damsgaard, so how’s that a goal scoring opportunity ?
