Brentford celebrate a wonderful landmark this weekend, with the home fixture against Barnsley marking the club’s 4,000th League game.

Beesotted have produced this video to mark the occasion, using images from throughout the club’s proud history, which give a real feel for our special club and the journey the club’s forefathers started all those years ago.

We spoke on the Beesotted Pride of West London Podcast this week about the significance of the 4000th game to us all, and tried to calculate (roughly) how many of those games we have all been at personally – and although our individual totals vary as ‘our other lives’ sometimes get in the way of following The Bees – we all agreed what a pivotal part the club plays to so many people.

Tickets are still available for Brentford’s 4000th league match against Barnsley so get yourselves down there. And season ticket holder can bring two friends along for £10 each. You can get hold of tickets here.

Brentford ‘Til I Die? Absolutely!

So, sit back (with headphones on preferably), and absorb these wonderful photos, then look forward to Saturday’s match, and the 4,000 matches that follow… Come On You Bees!
